Wordpress Experts?

Anyone a Wordpress expert?

I just converted my site into a wordpress theme.

Everything works great except in IE 6. I am getting blank spaces covering up some of the content on some of the pages.

I heard that plugins may cause this so I disabled them with no luck.

Any Ideas??

you probably need someone familiar w/ CSS, not so much wordpress.

I think it is a php issue, not a css issue.

The site used to be static and worked fine. Now the content is generated with php.
