I'm going crazy with Words. I have requests in their support area that are 3 months old and still unanswered. My latest issue is a "Searching for opponent" that has been there for 3 weeks. I have reinstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted until I am blue in the face. It will not go away and NewToy will not help me. The problem is rather disconcerting because as I finish games I cannot add anyone new because it says you're already requesting a new game.

So basically I have two questions here. The 'searching' issue and the fact that this company ignores there paid clients. Anybody have a way to resolve either? I have tried finding a phone number or address for them. Nothing. I sent an email to the only email address I could find on their web site for new hiring and it bounced back to me. They are totally hidden and unapproachable. I cannot believe a company that receives money for it's products can hide behind a veil of secrecy so successfully but they are.

Very frustrated.
 
I am on the same boat. Searching for opponent bug is a known issue according to the support site. NewToy support is a joke. I've contacted them few times in the past but, such effort is futile; I've never got any response from them.
 
I had this issue and got no help from the developer. I ended up deleting the app, re-downloaded it and used a new username. Problem solved. HTH.
