Do you know if Apple does work experience in it's stores? I really want to do my two weeks at either one of my local stores. It would be amazing, especially as the average iPhone launch is within those two weeks. :D

No. Have you been inside one of the stores on just a normal weekend? It's utter chaos all weekend long. They wouldn't burden a high schooler with that. If you want a job at Apple, apply for a job at Apple.

Every time I walk into an Apple Store, whether it's the Square One location or the Sherway location (Ontario, Canada), they are always RAMMED. I mean, crowds of people and and an insane amount of buzz on the floor.

Way too much action for a teen just looking to get their feet wet.

State of Denial
To echo above, I can't see working at an :apple: Store as an Apple Fan boy as something one would enjoy.

The stores are just Nutty anymore and not really fun to hang out in. Just imagine standing there vomiting information for 8 hours per day.
