Universal Workflow Automation - printing from pages

Hi,

Every couple of months my wife needs to print some cards for her flower shop

I've set the card up in Pages for her to print from her iPad or iPhone but there are a number of steps she has to take - it's not a massive inconvenience but I'm wondering if there is an app than can automate the following

Open Pages
Select the required document
Select Print
Set the number of copies to 10
Change it to black and white from colour
Print

Thanks - workflow pretty much sorted it - number of copies and black and white need to be set manually
