I'm guessing that the most traditional route to employment at Apple HQ, coming from college, is by becoming an engineer, or perhaps marketing.

But to what extent are there positions at Apple involved mostly with project planning, development, and strategy, that do not require an engineering background?

Not engineering, not marketing, but something in between. What is it? I mean, Steve Jobs himself never studied anything related to engineering or marketing.

Do you get what I'm trying to say? Does it exist, and if so, what do you think that route involved doing? Studying economics at a big business school and trying to land internships or something? Just wondering :D

Check apples available jobs and see if you could qualify for any of their positions.

Yup. It's very specialized list. There was something that I think I qualify for but it's in London.

Anything business related requires a number of years of experience.
