There were some servers which were pushing back their completions. Hopefully you are able to log on by now. Last night, about 9pm GMT6, while I was downloading 5GB my guildies were logged into Dawnbringer and checking out the new features. There are a lot of new features. Don't be too worried about the changes. Seems like when there is an apparent nerf then Blizz is making up up for it with other talents. The main thing is gameplay will be a little different and you have to find out how to do it, new rotations, etc-.
When I logged into my warrior I found out that every one of my +ArP gems turned into +Crit gems; lovely. There are one or two fury warrior talents that are are very strong but after the patch are now unobtainable until level 81+ which really sucks. Have to re-assign talent points. Seems like warrior dps is down about 20-30%! Goodbye to being a dps T-Rexin ICC. Much more has changed; way too much to describe in my post. I recommend to log in, hang with your guildies and share what everyone knows that has changed. It will take a while to change all your toons. I used to feel crappy that I had only one geared 80 but now i feel fortunate I have just that one toon to worry about at the moment. Some guildies have 3-6 geared toons and said it will probably take a week to sort everything out.
Play around with it and see how it goes. I would not plan on doing any RS or ICC heroic mode for a little while.
