Hey everyone i am new so hi. I got a maxed out macbook pro 13" for christmas and went and got WOW and digitally downloaded it from the blizzard store. So I did the download thing and it went to the installation window where it has the gigabytes being downloaded and the percent that it is at. So it took about 4 hours and the gigabytes where completed but the percent was stuck at 61%. So i waited about another hour and nothing happened. So i stopped it and redid it and when i did it just went to installing the game. So i was like oh ok thats cool i will be able to play in no time...nope. It stopped at 61% and i left that for an hour and nothing happened. It stops at: installing"e85cc0c94694120f97ae67abf7541adc.blp"...
So now i have no idea what to do. I sent an email to blizzard support and currently waiting for a response. Has anyone had this kind of problem or something similar? If anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks
