Here’s some prelim info:
Best bet would be to visit the country’s Apple store page online and see if the pre-order is available or at least some dates.
You can also follow last year’s schedule on Wikipedia as a guide, but there will be changes, notably India was added this year as a Day 1 country as you can see above.
