I cashed out some stock to purchase a new imac and should have the money shortly but i found this deal and wanted opinions. I called him and he has all the disks for the included software which sounds good what do you think?

Due to budget constraints, I'm selling my computer. It's a like new iMac 3.06ghz Intel Core 2 Duo (latest Aluminum/Glass model - 8,1) with 500 GB hd, 4 GB RAM installed, the 512 NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS graphics card, and a lot of software including, but not limited to, Adobe CS3 and CS4 (full versions), Microsoft Office 2008, Parallels, and Toast 10 Titanium. Because of the custom ordered RAM, I can't just return it. The AppleCare warranty is good thru the end of June.

$1500.00

Wirelessly posted (iPhone : Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5G77 Safari/525.20)

I forgot the price 1500.00 dollars

That's a good price for a used Mac with those specs..... IF you get the disks for all of that software. If the seller won't give you the disks, the software is probably not legitimate, and you should exclude it when considering the price of the machine.

Agreed- or if the disks are just copies of the originals the same would apply.
