Worth upgrading from 10.5 to 10.6 snow leopard?

My brother has a 2008 iMac and never updated the OS and has been running 10.5

With 10.6 back on sale should he upgrade?

Yes, especially since he's still on Leopard. It will be a really great update for that machine.

Yes, Leopard was OK, but Snow Leopard is much better. IMO that is.

Snow Leopard...! And never go beyond that...

Seeing how most new software doesn't even support leopard anymore. SL would be a great upgrade just for that.
