Worth upgrading from iPad Air 2 128GB LTE to iPad Pro 9.7” 256GB LTE

Have opportunity to upgrade from iPad Air 2 128GB LTE to iPad Pro 9.7” 256GB LTE and my out of pocked would be like $175. Basically, I would sell my Air 2 and buy Pro and that would be my net out of pocket. Worth it?

If you can upgrade to 10.5” then it would be more futureproof. You will get huge overall upgrade.

Air 2 to 9.7 Pro is not a good upgrade. No ProMotion display, no 2nd gen touchID and no faster CA LTE speeds up to 450 Mbps. Half speed SOC. Compared to 10.5”

How much extra would it be to get the 10.5"? If it's not much more, better get the 10.5". If not, then the 9.7" is still a good upgrade.
The 9.7" Pro is still a great device, but longevity wise, its 2GB RAM will be a bottleneck in the future. The 10.5" at least have 4GB of RAM. We have seen how RAM limitations affects past iOS devices.
