Conscious these aren’t the sport versions that are rumoured, but I’d like to sell off my AirPod pros and use this if possible. The weight is a concern and also don’t think these are intended to be used for things like running.

What do you think? It would only be indoor workouts not outdoors.

You will have to wait a bit longer to get that questioned answer. Either reviewers are under embargo or haven’t received review units as of yet.

My initial thought is these are not meant for running. However since they are over the ear I doubt they will fall off

Personally I wouldn’t use it for exercises. Seems too premium and delicate. (I had been running outdoor with Bose QC35 though which was fine)

They are not sweat resistant, and the weight is no joke. The material seems not conducive (memory foam) for this type of activity either

However you can try to use them for workouts, but the outcome seems very predictable.

This doesn’t at all look like a gym wearing headphone. imo Would be the complete opposite of what they’re trying to do with this piece.

better off with some beats if you want some over the ears

Have you ever exercised with big over the ear headphones? Imagine wearing ear muffs on a hot sunny 100 degree day. I Don’t know how people do it without the headphones making their head sweat much more. Maybe if you‘re stretching or walking it’s okay. But for strenuous exercising? Ick

I’ll let you know next week. :) This is what I’m getting them for. A comfortable, noise-isolated sound helps me focus.

Factoring in the cloth headband and ear cups along with the weight I don’t think these would be a good option for exercising. I saw one review that stated the weight wasn’t an issue as long as you were still. If you moved your head at all the headphones shifted and could give you a bobble head sensation if the head movement was moderate.
