What do you think ? Can a 4g or 4g lte network handle it ?
 
I get 24 Mbps right now. Some compressed 4K material should work. Netflix says 25Mbps for UHD 4K.
 
No, carriers throttle video streaming. Even if you pay for HD streaming and your device screen supports 4K, it would burn thru the data and hit the cap and you would be possibly throttled on unlimited plans.
