We are getting closer to v1 release of enophi and we'd love to hear your input. If you've tried it in the past, we'd love to see what you think of the changes!

- Ability to add RSS feeds (With auto-discovery)
- View feeds individually, by category or combined
- Add friends with whom you can share articles
- View the days most viewed, popular and discussed articles
- Leave comments
- flag articles for later viewing

Sounds interesting but I'd be more willing to try if you allowed for importing of OPML or current feed lists. i.e. I use Netvibes and Google Reader right now and I'd like to try out your app but no way I'm going to sit there on my iPhone and type in all the RSS URLS...remember no copy-paste.

I looked at your rss reader and looks a step up from other online Ajax apps for rss feeds.
I love rss reading and is one of the few types of apps i would pay for. My iphone is hacked for 3rd party apps now and what i am really anticipating is something like i see being developed on pxl.ibrickr.com, where it will auto-check feeds and notify you just like mail does when new arrivals. Then I will be content!

Honestly,

Those sound like some great features but those are the type of things I do on my desktop.

I use netnewswire.

So I am synced to my desktop. with a real desktop app not a web browser reader which I can't stand but that's just me.

and then I use newgator mobile on my iphone where I usually read 300 feeds at the end of the day and it works like a charm.

Without syncing to the desktop I would not use Brand X's web news reader...

I treat my iphone RSS like my email.

Its there when I need it but it is mostly read not create. which is what the iphone is best suited for IMO.


Also, you really need to brush up on the list of failed online newsreaders.... the list is pretty long... unless you are doing this for kicks.
