Im curious. So I signed up for the developer account at apple. I DID NOT pay the $99 (yet), as I am still working on ideas for an app I want to create, and was told by some people that as long as I had the developer account even if I didn't pay the $99 that I could if I got the file install the 3.1 beta OS, and that when it asked me to verify my developer account that login would suffice.
Any of you know if that's true or not?
