Wow account characters

I have a battle.net account with two Wow accounts. There's one Wow account with two characters (starter edition) and I created another account with one character (paid account up to Cataclysm) yesterday.

When I log in to my battle.net account however, and go to the Wow site (eu.battle.net/wow - it's no mistake, I live in Europe), I can only see the two characters from my starter edition account.
I used to have more Wow accounts but had them deleted by Blizzard support since I didn't use them anymore. I could however see all the characters from those accounts on the aforementioned page.

Does it take a while to update new characters ? Or should I contact blizzard support ?

That site does take some time to update sometimes, when i used to play and moved server or levelled something new itd take a few days to show up changes in that character. As long as the character you want to play is there in game in WoW I wouldnt worry about it!
 
It's fine now, I can see all characters now.

New question : I'd like to merge the two Wow accounts within the same Battle.net account so that I can use all the characters in the paid account. How do I do this ?
 
You cannot merge the accounts. You can do a paid character transfer as long as the accounts have the same last name. Its $25 a character.
