WoW LK install taking years

Hey guys,
I'm just trying to ensure that its normal that the WoW LK installation is taking ages. The other ones took no longer than a half hour. I'm at about 9% and it has been well over a half hour.
There is no notification anywhere about me being under a firewall or anything.
Is this normal?

It could be a variety of reasons for slowness, but I sense you'll make it. Now just hope you don't have 20 more to go...

It has always bugged me that the game does not offer consolidated patches for those trying to get up to date.

I installed it on my friends 13 incher yesterday, took like 10 minutes from a FireWire 800 HDD with a Wrath-DVD image on it. Don't forget that you don't have to install the vanilla WoW and/or BC before you go for the WotLK expansion...
