The minis never really grabbed my attention before. they were almost like a laptop line without a screen. but this new breed, the one with the 6630M and i7 is really impressive. its quit the little powerhouse. I am actually considering one of these now as a viable desktop. No its no imac, but its stil really cool and packs a punch. I think this year will be my first mini.

I'm thinking about retiring my 07' mini and getting one of the new ones. I really like they way they look and I actually like that there's no internal optical drive anymore.
The 5400 rpm HDD is really a shame, especially when you want to upgrade to the 7200 rpm HDD
It costs way too much because you can only choose the 750 gig version. While 500 gigs is just right, 5400 rpm is so slow. Hope it's easy to upgrade the disk.
It's the EXACT same process, so there is no way it is "easier" than the 2010 model.
