Nah... this is a scam. Apple's pricing is extremely rigid, so anyone selling an iBook this cheap would have to either be scamming or taking a loss.
 
If you even have to ask whether it's a scam, it's a scam.

This scam is so blatant, it makes *YOU* look bad, as it makes me suspect you of being the scammer trying to spam the forums.

Not that you are the scammer, but come on! Caveat emptor.
