this is quite a pressing and disturbing issue then.

i told them that mine came without solution, squeegee or MF

I waited around 1 month to get my film because I had it fedexed to portland oregon for a company to consolidate and DHL to me in singapore.

I was shocked to find it without the items and now after waiting 1 month i cant even apply the film

Worst part was that when I emailed them to tell them they told me they could only fedex it to Portland since that was the address i keyed in for my first order. If i wanted them to ship to Singapore they would only be able to send via USPS.

Now if they were to ship to Portland I would have to pay for DHL again which costs very nearly as much as their film.

How can a customer be asked to pay for their mistake

This is quite disappointing to be proven otherwise after reading all the good press about Wrapsol's service
