iPod wrapsol warranty problem?

i am trying to get a replacement for my wrapsol because the microscopic bubbles arent disapearing and there like streaks all over the screen, and when i go to fill out the fourm they want a picture of the reciept and i entered one, got to the step where they want me to take a picture of the product i need a replacement of, does that mean the box that shows what the product is or does that mean take a picture of the bubbles and streaks? because i am unable to take a picture of the bubbles and streaks because of the camera.

They want a picture of the defect, so yes, the bubbles and streaks in your case. Do you have a camera with a macro mode? It's the setting with the flower icon on most cameras.
