macOS Writing an app

I am trying to write an app with links to jailbreaking websites. Im hopun for it to look like this:
The [***] are buttons. There would be more devices and more firmwares. Could someone help me write it please?

Why would anyone help you write this app? Anyone who would install it would have already jailbroken it, as you'll never get this approved for the App Store.

You don't have to write an app for this. Simply put the links and the names into an HTML web-page, and put the web-page on your website.

If you really did need to write an app for this, then it would be as simple as making a webview that loads the contents of your HTML web-page from your website. It would be just as unlikely to be approved by Apple, so really, a plain webpage is your best bet.
