iOS Writing style wont change in Interface Builder?

Hey,

I am doing up some Windows in Interface Builder and when i put in text and change it to something like say, Apple Chancery, it shows up as changed in the text box, but when i click outside the text box again to save the new text style it jumps back to the default style. Is there something wrong with my IB? How do i change all my text 'In That Text Box Only' to another style and save it so looks that way in my device when i test? Really having a problem with this, anyone else get this or is it just a bug with mine?

No, you are probably just trying to use a font that is not supported on the iPhone. Check out this list for what you can use: Fonts From Mac OS X Included With iPhone

AHHH i see, i wanted to use Didot, Not supported apparently, so is there some way i can make a custom word interface or import this one? or would i just have to maybe make the words in Photoshop and just use them as pictures in the View?

How do all these Apps have great Fonts that look amazing?! How do they do that?!
