I have two hard drives hooked to my router/modem (Arris SBG7600AC2). The hard drives use a Fideco dock. When I connect the dock directly to my MacBook Pro, I have no issue reading or writing to both hard drives. When I attach them to the router and connect to them using the "Connect to Server" function, I can only read them using either smb or ftp.

Here's the "Get Info" screen for one of the hard drives. Any idea what I need to do to be able to write to these drives using WiFi? I recently upgraded to the Arris router from an Airport Express, where this was a non-issue. Thanks for the help.

2 things -
Does that router support writing to Apple file systems (either APFS or HFS+, whichever that drive is in)?
When you set the drive up on the router did you give full access?

Yes, I gave full permissions when setting up the router. I haven't found anything in the router's manual to suggest one way or the other about supporting Apple's file systems.
