Writing Tools in VSCode?

Is it possible to use Writing Tools with VSCode? At the moment, Writing Tools is missing from the context (right-click) menu. The Writing Tools options are greyed out when accessing from the Edit menu in VSCode. I'm on the latest version (1.96.3)
