Written Japanese App - can't find it

I recently saw an app on TV(Bell Canada Commercial) that will allow you to write something in Japanese(kanji, hiragana, katakana) into a text box, and the app will give you the english word, or even perhaps the word in romaji.
Does anyone know about this app, what it's name is or where to find it?

Any help would be much appriciated.

Thank you very much. That is exactly what I was looking for.
I customize(tsuka-maki, koshirae), buy, sell, repair Japanese swords(nihonto - katana, wakizashi, tanto) and I buy a lot of stuff from Japan, and I get letters from the sellers in nihongo and I'm still learning it. This will help a lot.
