Wrong application icons

I have a strange problem after applying some recent application updates. The icons of two existing applications in my iPad have been replaced by another one after the update. I tried to completely remove and reinstall the applications, to restart the iPad and even to hard-restart it. Nothing so far. Icons still messed up. The iPad runs the latest iOS 11.1 but this happened under 11.0.3. Any ideas?
