Went to check my bank account this AM and the entire charge for my iphone 12 Pro Max was withdrawn. I wanted the 30 mo installment plan so not sure wth happened there. Either way, any suggesstions on how to proceed? I'm going to call Apple this AM but was curious if anyone else has gone through this. I guess best case is that i can work with Apple to have the charge refunded, move me over to the ATT installment plan which alots me the $700 credit and keep the phone when it arrives on Friday. What a pain!

Sure:
#1 review your order documents/emails to determine what the order says was supposed to happen. Verify whether the order really was for installment or if it somehow was for full purchase price
#2 contact whomever you ordered from and ask how they think is best to address. Be prepared for a cancel / reorder. Corporate systems typically have constraints and process flows that are difficult to circumvent.

Turns out the issue is that i havent hit 91 days under this ATT account (just cutover to ATT back in August). That is required before you can upgrade with an installment plan so that won't be till this Friday. Wanted to share in case anyone could use this info.
