Wrong Contacts showing up for Phone Call?

Ok, so here is my delima. I work at Best Buy so one of my contacts if Best Buy with its given number.

then, I have a few friends who work there so under their contact info, under work, I also have the best buy number.

So when I get a phone call from work itself, it was like Kody is calling or 19 other possibilities. Then when they leave a voice mail, it happened to pick another one of those 19 people. Any way to fix this?

I figured sense Best Buy was its own contact, that it would just show BBY when that number is calling me...

Just remove the work number or make sure their personal number is on top in the address book.
