Wrong name when sending email's from @me.com address

Any ideas how to change the name on my @me.com address. When I send emails from my iPad and or iPhone through my iCloud (@me.com) address the incorrect name appears in the email. I have checked through all the account settings in my iCloud account and they all appear with my correct name so I am not sure what is happening.

Have you tried to delete the account on your iPhone/iPad and to reconfigure it again? Seems to me the fastest and most practical solution.

Wrong name when sending mail from iPhone

To change go to Settings>Mail,contacts,calendar >iCloud > Account >Advanced. Then change the name.
Works exactly the same from the iPad.
