WTF!! Apple TV 2.0 Keeps Deleting Itself

Ever since I updated to 2.0 I have had to re-sync all my data twice. I have iTunes on my Mac set up to manually sync selected playlists only. So everything is synced and working fine until days later I go to apple tv and it says please connect to itunes and the hard drive is wiped empty. I have to re-enter code to connect to iTunes and re-sync everything. Anyone else experiencing this? I didn't have this problem before 2.0
