Great i can just visit the iPhone dev center:

And simply sign in with my Apple ID:

WTF! so i pay your ridiculously priced annual subscription for .mac, and firstly i get booted of of MSN Messenger for using a .mac address, now i get kicked out of my apple dev connection!? FU apple.

p.s. this does have something to do with web dev :p

You're not able to use .Mac accounts to access any of those types of things, but an Apple ID is free. Set up a new one at myinfo.apple.com, it'll let you onto those types of sites. I'm not sure why, but it hasn't been possible for a little while now.
