Was the ATI Radeon HD 5750 a downgrade for Apple?
I'm looking into buying a 27" i7 iMac, but seriously, if the graphics are worse than the old one I'll just buy the old one.

Thoughts?

Thoughts? There are already threads on this. We didn't need a new one.

Wait for the benchmarks since no one knows if it's an underclocked desktop version or a mobile version.

If this is true then im glad I got my 2009 model....

It's almost impossible to use outside benchmarks and comparisons for iMacs, as their gpus are usually mobile cards while other benchmarks are usually desktop.

The 5750 in the new iMac looks to be a desktop card, which would hint at it outperforming the mobility 4850 in last gen iMac, but nobody knows its current clock rate.
