There's a good chance eBay will rule in favor of the buyer here since this item was "Also listed in: Cell Phones & PDAs > Cell Phones > Phones w/o Service Contracts". People tried to pull stunts like this with the PS3/Wii launches... Crooks.

I sent a msg to the buyer not to pay or to cancel payment.

Idiots is pretty harsh. Some folks are not techo oriented, and this gave at least vague impression of being a sale for a real iPhone.
