I would like to just experiment wit Wubi Ubuntu which is basically embedded Ubuntu in XP, my dad's ThinkPad has XP and he put Wubi Ubuntu on it today. Just have a question, can I do the same with my MacBook and BootCamp? I have XP installed, so everytime I choose to run XP partition, will it let me choose between Ubuntu and XP, since that is what happens with my dad's XP/Ubuntu mix. Everytime he reboots, he selects which OS to boot up. So am I able to do this? Hardware wise it works, since it only needs 256mb ram, 5GB of HD and WIndows 2K, XP, Vista.

heres the link:

its bedtime so i'll reply tmr.

While I have no experience with this, it should work no problem. I also believe BootCamp is capable of a triple boot system as well, with Windows Ubuntu and OSX.

Thanks for that link though, I'm building a hackintosh with Ubuntu, Windows and trying to get OSX on there too. Just dual boot for that is hard enough, this'll make things a little simpler.

thanks for that link. but I decided to buy a vista desktop from Dell's new Studio Hybrid line. It just looks cool and when I get it, MS should get Vista to work better, hopefully. I think I'll just play around with that Studio Hybrid and then reinstall and replace my mom's old Dell with it. Cheers! Thanks for responses, after the first few days, and no one replied, I thought this is dead.
