Looking for a new to-do app to replace Wunderlist which is being discontinued after being bought by Microsoft. Don’t want to use their replacement which requires a Microsoft account.
Free or pay once to purchase. Don’t really want to go down the subscription route.
It’s only for personal use.

Currently trying out the free version of Tick Tick and also Things. Any other recommendations?

TIA

I have been using Todoist for a while and like it. Depending on what Features you need you could get by with the free version.

I can recommend Zenkit. The free version is perfect for personal use and it has all the good stuff Wunderlist once did. Yes, I work for the app, but it's a great replacement so it'd be a pity not to share.

I’m glad I found this thread. I’ll be making sure I don’t update the app so that I can keep using it.

The old if it ain’t broke saying doesn’t exist in app-world.

If you use the synchronization feature then that's going to break come May when they shut up shop.

Given that you are also required to log in to the app, it's possible that the whole app will just stop working then.
