I was just wondering what you expect to see in the iMacs (17" specifiacally but whatever) at WWDC. Processor, Graphics etc. etc.

iMacs might get Conroe processor alongside with faster graphics card (only if MBPs would also have better video)

...if they are going to be updated at all

WWDC is Apple's big "professional" event, it's highly unlikely that any of the consumer machines will even get a mention. This year the big focus will be of course on 10.5 but also I think the new Intel PowerMacs and possibly Core 2 Duo MacBook Pros.

iMac, MacBook and Mac mini will see updates either just announced on the website or at a more consumer-focussed exhibitions such as Apple Expo Paris or one of Apple's famous surprise events.

Merom might be in the iMac's at WWDC or Paris. If the MacBook Pro switches to Merom or gets spped bumped I'll get one.

I expect to see Pro machines only to get updates.

WWDC will have Leopard and new Pro Macs. You might see a new iMac around then, but unless it's a big upgrade, it'll probably just be a quiet update.

There is nothing quiet about an Intel Mac Pro launch :)

Once they come out the forums will be all ablaze...
