I'm downloading right now, I haven't had any other experience in flight simulators or anything so I have no idea what this means, any help:

Ok, heres my best explanation (but i'm not a pilot-hopefully i will be eventually)

this image shows the map. on the map, are 3 airports. There are also 3 bubbles with info on them, specifically a number (ex: 115.20) If i want to go the Airport EDHR (on the map), then i would take its NAV # (113.20) and put it into the radio at the bottom of the Instrument Panel View.

Now, when you have put the number into the radio at the bottom of the Instrument Panel View, your compass will change (instrument in the center with the yellow arrow). If you align the yellow arrow of the compass to the white triangle at the top of the instrument (you can't see it in this picture because its covered by the menu icons), then you are headed to the airport. If you start to move off course, just align the arrows again and you are heading the right direction again.

(btw, i know i didn't use the right terminology for lots of this, so don't get upset you pilots out there :) )

Nice to have the instruments but this version is buggy. Come out of viewing instruments and all your throttle settings and flaps are altered (throttle goes full power flaps all over the place) I have also had green screens after changing radio freq while sat on runways.

Nice addition but needs urgent work

Yes I noticed that too. Have to keep adjusting my throttle if I am approaching an airport and want to look at the settings.
Also, I am not overly keen on all these extra functions as I am not a flight sim expert. I just wanted the controls kept as they are with an option to start at any airport, a bigger map, and more planes.
