X800xt/x850xt

So I'm looking into purchasing a X800XT for my Dual 2.0 PM. I think the lowest price I've seen so far was at a store on pricegrabber and was $365 (or so) after shipping.
Has anyone seen one of these for less? Is there a good place for video cards that I should be looking at in general?
Also: I've heard the X850XT is only available if you get it installed with your computer when you order it. Is this true? I know they have them for PCs separately. If they do sell them individually, where can I get one for a good price?
