XBMC Help pleaseeee

Hiya guys,
Ive recently jailbroken my 4.4.4 Apple TV with season pass and installed XBMC which all went well.
Ive currently got TV catchup and ice films installed on there but would like to get iPlayer and 4OD as well so can anyone provide any help for that? (i live in the UK)

Secondly and the main reason I've made this thread is that i currently store all of my media on a USB External HDD. I would like to stream this from the HDD (plugged into my MacBook Pro) to my Apple TV 2 so whats the best way to do this through XBMC because its not all in iTunes correct format.
