if you install media centre edition of windows it should work. Not sure how well recording would work though

Not sure why or what your doing tbh, but it sounds a lot of hassle.

Simply use the program Connect 360 for your mac and it will do exactly the same job if your wanting to share music & movies from your mac to your 360.

connect 360 is an amazing program. I think it even works better than the windows streaming options to be honest...
