Look at xbox.com's UK Site

The 'Latest on Xbox.com' box on the homepage has the iTunes podcast icon behind it - it's exactly the same!

No, that's a completely unofficial one...the winner of a competition run by a German guy who discovered that Apple wouldn't let him use their trademarked "microphone" logo that is the original topic of this thread.
