I just downloaded Xcode for C code self-learning, and i have my apple account logged-in to Xcode.

What confused me is there seems constrain for editing due to identifiers missing. If I understand correctly, the identifier is just for who has registered for the $99 yearly developer membership. Messages as below:

Does it mean I cannot learn and testify objective C through Xcode if I don't pay for it?

I am tad confused if I pay for the membership but it takes me years to trial and error to successfully publish the application and I will have to pay for years for the membership, then would be a big amount.

It also keeps saying that my account is not on the development team,

^but my every attempt to 'fix issue' leads me to payment of developer membership.

If I have mistaken the above idea, how can I use Xcode with full functions?

Please forgive my innocence for the structure, I am a total newbie to programming and application. Your advices will be much appreciated!:)

You don't have to pay in order to make ObjC/C++ or Swift apps in Xcode. You might have to create an account in order for it to run, I haven't tested it without at least a free account.

Apple offers a free account and a paid account. As I understand it, currently (with the last Xcode update) you can test on one mobile device with the free account.

The paid account allows you to place an app on Apple's AppStore.

That is new to Xcode 7 which is in beta currently. I don't recall hearing that there was a limit to one device. I understood it to be your personal devices.
That's even better :D ... you could test out BT comm between your own devices. I wonder how the beta is going, maybe I should give it a shot, just upgraded to 6 myself.

Thanks! I built coding on some projects but some just don't work.

As attached, the project don't have bugs/error coding but the building process kept failing, just showed up the message regarding certificate. Can it run again without paying for the development team?

Thanks!

You can not deploy it to your iPhone without paying for a developer account, if you're using Xcode 6 or less. You can deploy it to your iPhone easier using Xcode 7, but that is only beta for now and thus you still need a paid developer account to download it.

Try running the app using the iPhone Simulator instead.
