macOS Xcode installation question

Hi

I'm going to do a clean install of Tiger on my MPB and I was wondering if I should install Xcode 2.4 that is bundled with my computer's DVD or if I can just download the latest version 2.4.1 from apple.com and it will contain the whole developer tools?

The Xcode download from the Apple site is a full download. You do NOT need to first install the bundled Xcode before installing the 2.4.1 update.
