Guys, I`d like to apologize in case I have created the duplicate of something. I am currently the web-developer and want to lear swift language. I have iMac, version is 10.11.6 (15G19009). I have tried to install Xcode but encountered some issue. I have installed xCode by command - "xcode-select --install". I successfully installed that, but I cannot find Xcode app neither inside Spotlight nor inside Application folder. Spotlight is showing only folder with README file and Specifications folder. I cannot understand what I have to do to launch the app and start writing the code. I tried to find a path by using this command - "xcode-select -p", after lunching I see - "/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools". Inside "CommandLineTools" folder I see Library, SDKs and usr. Did I something wrong? Please advise.
Thanks in advance!

That installs the command line tools, you should setup a developer account, and download the complete XCode IDE from here:

https://developer.apple.com/download/

... or open the Mac App store, search and download there (or start here, which will open the App Store and appropriate application: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/xcode/id497799835?mt=12)
I tried to upload a package from there, but came upon an issue - "In order to install the app your system should be higher than 10.12.6" but I have 10.11.6. I was trying to upload that from archive branch - https://download.developer.apple.com/Developer_Tools/Xcode_8.3.3/Xcode8.3.3.xip
but after 5 min my downloading process was stopped. I did that twice. Message is - "Error. Forbidden"(please see attach)

In regards to Xcode 8.3.3. If you have a developer account and the download keeps failing, personally I'd suggest contacting Apple. There may be something slightly not right with your account permissions.

Also if you only registered as a developer recently, it may be worth trying the download again. I had a issue creating a certificate when my developer account had recently been setup. A few hours later it worked fine.

I see three options (see screen). Which one more suitable for my occasion? Thanks!

I would give this page a try personally. You'll need to be logged into your developer account:

https://developer.apple.com//contact/submit/

Thanks a lot!

You were absolutely right, in 2-3 hours, I could successfully upload the package. Tomorrow I will start with that completely. I am certified Magento developer and had other issues when I started working with the platform. Here I came across other case :)
