macOS Xcode: missing 'File: Import' menu option

I'm using V. 3.1.2 of Xcode, and the help documentation refers to a File: Import option, which is missing in my version of Xcode. Does anyone know where it went?

Project: Add to Project... ?

Nope; don't think that's it. That option is for adding to an existing project, not importing...
