iPad Xcode on iPad in iOS 16?

Given the new Ipad Air 5 having M1 and 8 gig of ram could this be a harbinger that we might get Xcode on our iPads?
Or am I reading too much into the M1 processor family increasing in the iPad family?

I doubt it. Porting Xcode to iPadOS is a lot of work for little/zero financial gain for Apple.

I would expect apple to continue to update the playgrounds app for those learning to code, but the full xcode is a project i cannot see them spending the resources to make possible
