The link you posted was to a file on your desktop. You can't do that. You have to post the image to a photo hosting site somewhere and then paste THAT link here.

And as the other poster said, you need to provide a much clearer, more complete description of what you're trying to do.

If you can't be bothered to write a full descriptive paragraph about the problem you're trying to solve then why should play "20 questions" to pull enough information out of you to figure out what you need help with?

okay, so I'm updating an application..
And I've seen that all the new applications within iOS 7 have this panning swipe feature(as seen in the picture, if you swipe to the right you get a view that only covers part of the screen)
I tried coding it myself, but as many things changed with the xcode 5 iOS 7, my iOS 6 programming knowledge isn't sufficient enough, and did not work.
