Xeon X5365 IHS shapes?

I'm looking to buy pair of X5365s for my MP1,1 and I'm seeing two different IHS shapes,
one "old school" Core2 shape

The other have slanted edges

What are the differences, both being SLAED stepping and is there any preference of which should i get (is one shape of newer production)?

This does matter that much as color of the PCB. Choose prettiest one.

Sorry and thanks, but i had to ask.
Never seen same model with different IHS shape, so at first didn't know if it was fake, newer production or something else. :beer:
