Hi everyone. I just wanted to post a thread so everyone could discuss updates with their iPhone 14 & 14 Pro pre-orders through Xfinity Mobile. There was a thread for the iPhone 12 lineup that helped me a lot when I pre-ordered so I thought we should do this again :)

Mine is scheduled for sept 30th but it’s already confirmed and on my account they also sent a trade in email and to send my old phone in by October 1st. I have no cancel button either so are they lumping me in with the 16th shipment? I’m super new to xfinity mobile
 
I woke up at 8am on September 9th and ordered the Space Black iPhone 14 Pro Max 512 and it said 9/16, so I hope I will have it on Friday.

it’ll most likely come the 30th. mine says the 16th, so im hoping i get a tracking # soon or something.

The only thing that sucks about that is that I’ll have 2 days to trade my old phone in after I receive the new phone if it’s on the 30th I don’t know why they would start that process so early lol

i haven’t traded in a phone before to them, so im unfamiliar with the process. maybe give them a call and ask for an extension
 
Xfinity is now advertising $400 off when upgrading an existing device to any iPhone 14 and paying monthly. Did that deal exist last Friday or does anyone know when they started it?

Yes it existed Friday and alot were not able to order online and had to chat/call to get orders to go through..
 
Wifes Iphone 14 Pro 256gb - Deep Purple estimated arrival is 9/16
My Iphone 14 Pro 256gb - Silver estimated arrival is 10/28

Was on at 8am 9-9 to order but didn't successfully get my order through until 10pm through chat..

yeah i had issues. i had to chat with them around 11:30 am and get my phones. i got the 14 pro max deep purple with estimated date of september 16th and my boyfriend got the silver 14 pro max with estimated date of september 30th
 
I was on around 9:30am CT on 9/9, had no troubles ordering. Got the Pro Max 256gb Space Black, supposedly being delivered on the 16th. We'll have to see!

I just want to check in with everybody- has anyone got an email from xfinity saying order has shipped? The only email I have gotten is the order was confirmed and it’s showing up in my devices now, just grayed out.

I am also supposed to get it on the 16th. I got the 128 GB Pro Max in deep purple

Still in the same boat mine is supposed to be the 30th though here’s hoping I get lucky and get it on release day everything seems to be pointing to it

No email saying it’s been shipped yet. I too see the new phone showing in the app. Supposedly 9/16 delivery 🤞🏼 someone in another thread said the shipped email showed up on Tuesday last year.

email as well as it showing up on fedex account? when i pre ordered the iphone 12, my shipping email and fedex shipping showed up on wednesday
 
I would imagine shipment emails will come though on Wednesday for Friday arrivals. “Free 2 day shipping”. At least that how it has been in the past for me..
